I sent an eBay message as below to hifi-tower on September 5. For 5 days I have not received an answer. Only rude excuses from Can Koprulu. Can anyone help me with the below questions, please: 1) Does your company operate under UK law? 2) What is your complaints procedure? 3) Are you a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme (ADR)? What happened before: hifi-tower RECEIVED ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS THEY SENT ME. They received the broken product back. Near 2 months have passed since then and every week I receive a letter from them: "I have forwarded your information request to our management department." So they got my money and the goods (as THEY asked for). THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THEFT.

hi-fi-tower Customer support - stopped responding after 1 month of correspondence. I bought a KLARSTEIN air fryer oven from eBay's "hi-fi-tower" Shop. (It looks like they are the same company). On June 26, 2023, I received it. 25 May 2024 it broke - I contacted by email the same day. What is the returns policy? hifi-tower : In the event that a fault develops after this 30 days, your item is covered by a one year warranty from the date of delivery. Please contact us via email: service..hifi-tower.co.uk and our team will help with your request. I contacted by email (3 EMAIL SENT) as the eBay site advised - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So, I sent 1st message on eBay on 28 May 2024. 29 June 2024 - I sent to them 20 messages (!!!????!!!!!) on eBay. And I received 10 answers. 1) They never respond by clicking the reply button on eBay, but always open a new thread. It's very convenient for them to play the fool. They assigned to me and closed 2 ticket numbers and opened a third one. 4 times they asked me to confirm the date of purchase, what the item was, etc. Despite the fact that all this is recorded on their/my eBay page, including the delivery date - which I can see NOW. I sent as requested: photos and videos (by email) - they accepted them. The last letter I received 3 times (during 2 weeks) was the same: "In order to fulfil your return label request, we need an assistance, and we can confirm that we have already forwarded your request to the responsible department. Once we have an answer, we will reach out to you immediately." And now they just ignore my messages. Please advise whether I should start by publishing this story all over the Internet, or should I contact a consumer protection organization right now? I would be very grateful for any advice. Incorrect item delivered after 10 days It is a huge heavy box - customer service advised I need to carry this huge heavy box to post office to return it. Then when they get it back they will send my actual order to me.

I couldnt put minus stars. Jokes are supposed to be funny Mr. Singh, although he is a clown. Item never arrived, ignoring my emails, they had my money and my item, i had to pester Mr. Singh for any contact. AVOID THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF If you dont hound them, they will not contact you, they are a joke both in Germany and in the UK. Whomever works for them is either in on it or just plain nasty AVOID.

Purchase returned under warranty in March '23 with understanding that exchange ir refund would be complete within 7 -10 days as per their message. No refund received at point of writing this review in late August '23 and my messages are receiving no response whatsoever. Previously messages receiving 'copy & paste' responses that said little and lacked any sincerity. At this stage it seems that either theft, deception or possibly fraud are reasonable descriptions of how this business operates. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 items from this company, both arrived fairly quickly. Well packaged and no damage.. there was tracking information for 1 Crosstrainer and good instructions on assembly... The Lat pulldown machine had no tracking whatsoever and no instructions on assembly... quality of the equipment is fairly good considering the price... I have read a lot of bad reviews but I honestly had an ok enough experience buying from Hi Fi Tower.....

Do not use hifi-tower people. it's a scam. You will not receive anything. After many times in contact we realized they specialize in giving you the run around making you think your product is en route but it is not. No confirmation email will be sent after your purchase, luckily I paid with PayPal so I will be reporting to them. Start away from hifi-tower people

The item did not turn up. Over a month of waiting with no correspondence from company. Requested a refund which was promised but that too has not shown up ! Would not recommend this company.

Just don’t buy here zero customer service told me I didn’t have to pay £46.33 import duty on a £150 item but UPS WOULD DELIVER WITHOUT THE PAYMENT!!!! Absolute disgrace couldn’t tell me how to get the item without paying the extra £46.Asked to cancel they said just refuse delivery well that would work if UPS would but without the £46.33 they wouldn’t deliver just going round in circles. Diabolical company.

Parcel arrived right out of the blue and not inline with the tracking only to find it was damaged, contacted seller who agreed a partial refund and now they won't pay it as there is an open paypal case which I was advised by paypal to leave open until they paid, So a stand off has arisen and I am just waiting for paypal to find in my favour. And I thought the Germans were efficient?

Produkt nie dojechał w wyznaczonym terminie, miało to trwać 7 dni a dojechał w 14 . Kontakt e-mailem jest bezsensowny, ponieważ nikt nie odpisuje . Śledzenie paczki również żenujące nic nie było wiadomo tylko napis "paczka w trakcie realizacji " nadodatek produkt dotarł uszkodzony , jestem zła ponieważ nie lubię odsyłać produktów a w tym wypadku jestem zmuszona ponieważ produkt był bardzo drogi . Podsumując nie polecam tej firmy jest mnóstwo innych firm z lepszymi usługami i oczywiście lepszym podejściem do klientów .

What a horrible experience and waste of time, they will take your money knowing they can’t ship, ignored several calls, voicemails, and contact requests on their website and if you get a chance to communicate with someone you might as well not because they won’t follow through whether it be their claim to email or refund you. Finally after 2 months of this I filed a dispute with PayPal over them keeping my money and not shipping the item and instead of them refunding the money like they said they would a month ago, from the wording of PayPal’s response and Hifi-Tower.co.uk actions they were either trying to avoid refunding me altogether or just waiting until even later to do it! I finally received a refund not because of them but because of PayPal. If you want to waste time over 2 months or so to not get the item you want and possibly not even get your money back this would be the perfect place to reccomend!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have made one order on the 15th of July to be shipped to England and 11 days after the item was returned by the delivery company after checked because there was no paperwork. Now I need to wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse and them 7 days more to have the refund in my account.

Placed an order early December for my daughters Christmas present and instead of an amp for the system they delivered a bag vacuum sealer! Now 4 months later nearly and numerous emails later I am still yet to receive the correct item despite returning the incorrect part. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this company is my strong advise

Absolutely appalling service and system flaws. I placed a order over £600 they took payment which left my account instantly. Within the next 5 days I received a email requesting outstanding payment. In the email they quotes if this is a mistake please let us know the reference. In which I replied do you need the PayPal reference or bank reference. A couple of days later I received the same email automated obviously requesting payment. By this time I should have received my products i purchase. I followed up by calling their customer service. The lady I spoke to was struggling with their two system and data bases if you don’t have your customer number to which she also mentioned having a order number isn’t ideal because it would make it more complicated. In which case why bother even having order numbers. While she was struggling she was very re assuring that everything will be fine. I told her to take her time once we found the details I was told i should of received a email my order has been cancelled due to stock and logistic problems. In which I understand but I did not receive this email and questioned weather I will received my refund on time if their system says outstanding payment. Then she got defensive i asked for a reference or email her reply was you was sent it already this morning. I responding no and is it all three items been cancelled in which case why was I still being ask for a payment that has been paid. She repeated the same excuse and mention her and colleague who I do know of have informed me. Which was never case I never received a reply or a response to resolve the situation just automated emails. After we ended this very awkward phone call i suddenly receive this email of cancellations that was suppose to be sent out before. Now I’m still waiting for my refund off £600 with over a week left to Christmas. Totally unacceptable. Worst company to order from do not buy from them online.

The delivery time was very good! But once putting the unit together noticed we are missing a locking ring in order to stand the beer tap, after several emails with no reply I managed to speak to someone on live chat who explained it would take up to a week for the warehouse not to send out the missing part but only to let them know if they had the part or not!! so I asked could I get the exact name and size etc of the part so I could try and find one locally and they said it would take up to TEN working days to get that information... I made sure to order this so it would be here in time for Xmas but now is no use to me whatsoever until I get information and receive the parts! Yes they have apologised but that is no use to me. after spending over €700 on this unit I expected more from this company..I’m so disappointed
