Please don't risk ordering with this company.
Ordered an item 22/4/20 -
Expected a delay due to the Covid 19 working restrictions so waited two weeks for a dispatch confirmation and delivery estimation before chasing.
I'm notified on 18/5/20 that the item was out of stock at time of order - I'm yet to receive a refund or apology for the wasted time waiting for item. (I could have ordered and received said item from elsewhere had HiFi advised at the time they could not complete the order - or updated and refunded me in a more timely fashion.)
