I would have liked to have more practical examples of some points, giving me a 'hook' to help me remember. I found the Food Law questions difficult as I am only a volunteer in a cafe and won't ever be in charge or see it as a career. I rather ignored the information about Scotland as I won't ever be there. I liked that I could do the modules at my own pace. The assessment wasn't as daunting as I imagined and I liked seeing when I got individual questions correct, this gave me confidence. Otherwise the training was excellent, the scientific level of information was just right, I enjoyed it. I am going to clean my own kitchen at home a lot more thoroughly now!
