“Easy to follow and recall for the assessment Fun to do each module, a nice blend of learning styles. It took me less than 3 hours one evening to complete the course, and the content kept me motivated. Love the quizzes during each module. I took the assessment the following day without revision and passed the first time. It was easy to recall the correct answers. It only took me 17 minutes to complete the assessment. I especially appreciate the crib learners notes at the end of each module summarising the key information. I have downloaded and made a folder with them in so I can refer to them at work as needed to keep my practices compliant and confident. I downloaded the digital certificate immediately and took it to a job interview - they were super impressed I'd done the course before even attending the interview. But as I have no catering experience, I want to show that I'm keen and willing to learn and have initiative. It was only £24, so well worth the investment.”
