Possibly the worst training i have ever had. It took so long I had to walk around the room as to not get DVT in my legs from sitting for so long. Didn't "learn" much as it was so long an boring. I passed by trial and error.

Far too long for an awareness course, felt like cutting my wrists with a blunt butter knife after half an hour. 2 hours of my life I'm never getting back. Why can you not go straight to the test ?. After all if you've done it before why the pre-amble ?

I paid for THIS course had to pause it did not move on from first question Course providers if you read THIS get me back onto the course because it's asking me to repay when I've already paid plus there's no telephone number to contact which there should be if someone else like me gets asked to repay for a course they can't get into .

Really really bad, this is not learning its death by 'power-point'. Have something to read and just being read it is not learning. Throughout the training there is nothing memorable or exciting and no ways for info to stick in ones mind. It is boring and you almost fall a sleep, there is no interaction. There is a lot of info totally not relevant. Along with the vast improvement needed it would be good to have an any update section or be told what has changed

It is very irritating & distracting how the blocks of information appear on screen while the lady starts is still reading. The distraction causes one to lose concentration and therefore the benefit of the lesson. It is exhasuting. Block 1 appears on screen and the lady starts to read it. But before she has finished reading it block 2, and then a while later block 3 appear on screen. The lady reach block 2 and starts to read it, while block 4 appears on screen, followed by blocks 5 & 6. Either put all 6 blocks of information on screen immediately and then the lady starts reading OR put first block on screen, then lady then reads this block completely before block 2 appears on screen. I was forced to close my eyes and just listen to the lady talk. The alternative is to switch of the sound and just read the text yourself. But to try and follow the text while the lady reads is exhausting, because in the middle of a sentance a new block appears on screen and your eye is drawn away from the text you are trying to follow. Please stop this approach as soon as possible

funny how my company made this mandatory to complete this course and wont recognise i have dyslexia.

It should have been made clear at the enrolment stage that you will still need to have a practical training course before you can work with abrasive wheels. Presumably a practical course would cover all aspects covered in this course.

the course was too long, unable to fast forward, it seemed more like a complete course than a refresher. Try asking questions first with each module, then dependant on answers score, determine whether the module is necessary, thereby permitting a module to be skipped.
