This was my refresher training. It has changed a bit. The HACCP section, is by far not sufficient to carry out HACCP by yourself. Having previously absolved the SALSA HACCP course, this is much more detailed and I would recommend everyone to do such a course separately. Also, in the course it says that delivered goods must be below 8 degrees, in the test this is an incorrect answer!
