A swapping of voice of the reader between modules would be good - it is a bit monotonous.
More interactive quizzes would be good, Also perhaps asking participants to select a number of incidents, perhaps from a video, of what would be likely to constitute sexual harassment, would really help with making it more interactive (albeit I realise that this would make the course more expensive). It would be like watching the video in the Speed Awareness course, for those who have driven a little too fast, and selecting harassment instead of hazards.
