From a personal point of view, this was an interesting programme.
However, I believe that the 80% pass rate must be reconsidered.
Some of the wrong answers are relatively harmless and may be considered as reasonable judgement calls for someone in a DSL role. However in some cases the incorrect responses would lead if repeated to a failed inspection and more importantly might put a child at greater risk.
Hence, might I suggest that if two critical negative responses are given, then the course must be retaken.
