Good informative course however there is a need to revisit the whole module if assessment failed on that particular question or you are unaware of where you have gone wrong and the printable knowledge sheets aren't over helpful with this.
Also too much talking , more knowledge checks along the way would be better.
I now need to get a further 14 staff members through this with english not their 1st language.
