I found the course content completely appropriate and informative and just wish I had completed it earlier in my job. My only negative feedback is that it is very based on reading a screen. A narrative may have helped, and perhaps the odd video example, simply to break things up. Concentration wains at 45 mins, but blended learning has also been proven to enhance learning - we remember a lot more if we use all of our senses (eg: what we see, hear, do, etc.). Also, a couple of the assessment questions were slightly misleading. For example, the essential document you would take into a meeting. Personally I would have liked the option to click 'All' as I feel they are all essential to starting a meeting on time, people finding a venue, logging who is attending, having a spare Agenda available for anyone who needs it, etc., etc. However, I really liked the formative self-assessment at the end of each section, which built on what you had learned and embedded it into the brain. A really good course. Thanks.
