This is the third course that Callum has undertaken with you and despite initial feedback to you regarding delivery of the first two certificates, which I am grateful that you did rectify, the certificate for this course was still sent out in an unsatisfactory condition. The envelope is not sufficient to package what should be a presentable certificate. It arrived in a worse condition than the previous two certificates and is not acceptable. I had hoped that your training packages would provide good initial knowledge transfer for the young members that I am coaching, however following this, I shall be reconsidering using your organisation for this training and development.
