The training as a whole was very easy to use and clear, with easy access so it could be completed over a period of time.
However I found the questions in the test were very ambiguous, often with more than one sensible answer. Also sometimes in the training modules there were mistakes, with sentences being repeated exactly. The food borne disease and bacteria sections also didn't flow logically, with the sections chopping and changing.
