the length and pace, being able to hear the words read out, the clear layout and sections, being able to see how far you have got and having everything saved up to date if your internet abruptly closes or you have to leave quickly.
I did not like seeing that the job advert (in the section about creating a successful job advert) was American as the amounts were in dollars. It should reflect the UK as the training refers to British laws and practise
