As far as online training goes, this was pretty good. It didn't feel like it had been 'dumbed-down', or overly simplified, and managed not to be patronising either (like online training often is). It'd be stretching the truth to say I enjoyed it, but I wasn't bored and it felt genuinely like a productive use of my time.
