Just one piece of feedback - on question 14 I was marked as incorrect for 'Which legislation requires all duty holders to carry out a risk assessment? All 4 of the options were incorrect. The answer was The H&S at Work act 1974. The 4 options presented were: provision and use of work equipment regulations 1998 the health and safety (fist aid) regulations 1981 The community care regulations 2002 The management of H&S at Work Regulations 1999 I chose option 2 (the closest option) but none of the answers matched. Apart from that, a very detailed and well organised exam.
