Thanks for the chance to try this out. Unfortunately. I was disappointed with the level and content. For the target audience (taxi drivers) there was too much detail around legislation and definitions. The delivery was monotonous, the testing was minimal. It could have made much more use of potential situations a taxi driver might actually witness, examples of the kind of signs they might see in the course of their work. Key messages around their duty, what to look out for, how to recognise and how to report were lost. Sorry! But I hope that helps. Roger
