i cant think of a better example of training on the cheap.
Teaching people to lift online. The trouble with online instructions for any kind of skill, is that you cant get any feedback. people may think they are copying the technique properly but a having a trainer present would ensure correct form.
I cant really see any benefit from this type of training, sorry
