The Course material itself is very, very good. My Daughter who has Downs Syndrome used it to get her certificate (it took two goes but hey, ho she has Downs) The front door of being able to buy products and assign them to students I find to be totally non-intuitive and highly unsatisfactory. I have just asked for a refund of my latest payment and, whilst I think that the Course material itself is extremely good, I'm now going to look for a different provider. It really is a shame that they make the front end so complicated. I've just been asked two further questions ; i) How easy was it to get your refund? and ii) How many days did the refund take? - Those questions I can't answer yet - but I'm concerned that they need to be asked anyway - it is obviously a common query.
