The cellar Management course was OK. It didn't go into any great detail and most of the information contained in this course would be known by most members of bar staff. If you want a more in-depth course, I would recommend going to one issued by the BIIAB. However, they are only held at certain locations a few times a year and are far more expensive. This is a much more affordable option for those who need the certification but can't afford the full day course at a brewery.
