Very clear and thorough coverage. Slight quibble with some of pictures, eg when talking about bacterial spores there was a picture of a mould - might lead people to think that you can see spore forming bacteria. (Accept that elsewhere you make it clear that this is not possible.) The test at the end was not very challenging - most people could probably guess a lot of the answers without having studied the modules.
