Really easy to understand, complete, print off and I love your professional design of certificate which arrives quickly in the post (hopefully).
A bit confusing initially getting onto the course as you took my money and I was locked out of the three sections following the demo. This meant that I could not complete the course during the one evening I had set aside specially for it, and instead had to wait for a reply to my e-mail to you to sort it out.
All good in the end though. Thank you.
