Crisp/efficient, clear, easy to pick and put down, easy to monitor progress. In terms of what didn't like (why is this not covered?): What about jobs/roles where your time is significantly dominated by dealing with customers/clients, where immediate/quick response is part of service i.e. very reactive? Tips for managing these types of jobs would have been useful.
