It more of a language test than an actual test of food hygiene. You clearly try to trick the participant in and use of English than the actual reason behind food hygiene. Some of the questions, all the multiple choice can be consider as an correct answer, and yet you've not though of asking the question in the correct manner. It also very dull "death by powerpoint".
