I wouldn't say that I had a bad experience with this course as it was very informative, but the actual website is not very well designed, it was pretty buggy, and my workplace paid for course and were informed that it would take 10 hours to complete, but it actually took 20.
I think the format of the course should either be a powerpoint presentation where you have to do regular assessments, which proceeds from page to page automatically (this would make the most sense as there is a slow voiceover which mandates the speed at which you can proceed with the course anyway - I would approximate this to be a third of the average reading speed).
Or alternatively it could be more interactive, in which case there should be more questions and less slides, and the voiceover could be a feature that is optionally added to this course, but it would otherwise be fully manual.
I have given it three stars because I have spent my entire weekend doing this course, and when I completed the same course with a different manufacturer it took me about 4 hours, I just think it is an unacceptable increase in time for the same experience, due to poor website design.
Anyway customer service have been very friendly, and although they didn't/couldn't do anything to help, they were polite and courteous, and responded quickly to my email.
Oh the last issue is that I have finally completed the course and it would let me automatically download my instant certificate. This is probably the most serious, but I think customer services will probably sort it out in the morning.
