I feel that you did not give any support for the idea of accepting behaviour and using this to build relationships and self esteem. This training gave the impression that you can and should change a child with autism to be more neurotical using outdated and sometimes damaging therapies.
This type of training and support for teacher/parent , may be even more damaging. Please update your ideas and use a professional who really understands the need of the child and the teacher/parent to help improve your training.
