Good content overall, however I thought question 14 was misleading.Your course content says that you act immediately on discovering pest contamination by informing senior management straight away and then the next step is isolate or destroy the food. the question was "what was the first thing to do when discovering pest infestation in food?". I chose the option of "informing senior management as the first thing to do, but this was incorrect and your answer was to destroy the food, which is the second thing to do after informing a senior manager in your chapter on pest control.
