The training was clear and well presented but there were a few places where I would have liked more explanation of the language and examples of how things might apply in practice.
For example I was not clear about the data subject's 'right to be forgotten' and how this interacts with the need to keep financial records. This was not clearly enough explained in plain language or with examples.
