I found this useful. However it is far to intense for work place skills. To absorb the full contents and put into practice after a two hour non practical course is asking to much. To achieve a certificate and remember all that is read I find unrealistic. I for one would not want to put myself in a position where I could be accused of not administering the correct procedure. I am not of a medical profession. As in most cases, I would use a little common sense. If I were not sure I would seek assistance. Thank you.
