The training was far too long and wordy for my needs. There is no way anyone can learn or remember even a small percentage of the information discussed. Much better would have been to highlight the important points instead of trying to cram everything in. I don't think some of the questions are worded correctly either for example, in the first section one of the answers says we should share information. I would have though this should be share information with the relevant agencies / people not just share information (which could be sensitive) with anyone! this has taken me nearly 3 hours, not really high speed or targeted training. This is a really important subject but the presentation has really missed the point, not impressed!
