I thought it was a good presentation for the course, though I did find some of the wording of the questions at the end a little confusing. For example, the lamb casserole question mentioning the preparation with raw meat - I interpretted it as requiring how to confirm the raw meat was okay (approved suppliers). I originally planned to put the correct answer, but then was swayed by the wording pointing to raw material approval. A slightly different wording may help with the clarity.
