The content of the course is good but a high number of photographs showed poor practice e.g. hair nets not covering hair, face masks not covering faces, trousers being rolled up, jewelry being worn, someone resting their boot on a food carrying vessel, broken shelves in a refrigerator, food being stored uncovered in a refrigerator and beard snoods not being worn? Very poor considering it is a food safety course.
