Quite a few of the products I used to order are now discontinued. This means my order is reduced and so I don't get the full benefit of membership discount.
My last order was badly packaged and I received my order in a Royal Mail plastic bag with a note warning me that some of the items could be missing. Fortunately, everything was in the bag. In the past, my order has been sent in a box. Clearly, the bag used was inadequate for the contents and the bag burst.
