“Have purchased from Higher Nature for 18 plus years. Recently product quality has deteriorated, some products you have always sold no longer available, and recently you have ended your membership scheme which makes your prices extortionate. I have stopped buying from you now”

I'm sorry you feel that the quality of our products have deteriorated, however please let us assure you that we have not changed the ingredients, suppliers or the manufacturing process in any way for the products in your most recent order. Every batch produced goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure that our high standard of quality is being met before we release anything for sale. Our expert product team are working with industry leading ingredient suppliers and manufacturers and when sourcing any ingredients for any products, existing or new, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every single ingredient and finished formula reflects the same high quality standards we were founded on. We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about why you feel that the quality has deteriorated in any of the products you've received so that we can ask our Technical Team to investigate further. It is important to us that any such claims are thoroughly investigated and if required, a resolution found. We can see that you still currently hold an active membership and we can confirm that you did receive a discount on your most recent order. It does seem that your membership discount was not successfully applied to your online order which was placed on the 23rd December and for that we do apologise. We have issued a refund to your original payment method for the discount that you should have received. You will be given the opportunity to renew your membership before it expires, however, if your membership does expire, we will not be able to renew this for you. “We have been a cutomer for many years and still rate this supplement supplier highly, whether it be fish oil, starflower oil, MSM complex, or anti-oxidants. Multi vitamins we had for years are now discontinued. However, the recent changes in your purchasing system mean that I can no longer make savings when buying several items at once, apart from getting free postage. Due to the difference in quantities in each tub, and my family's varied needs, I cannot work the subscription system in our favour and end up paying postage cost for each item. I have tried it but failed.”

“I telephoned Higher Nature to order three items. The phone was answered straight away. The person I spoke to was helpful and kind, and in no time at all we had discussed what I needed and the delivery arrived soon after on my doorstep. “I find the website really irritating the old one was better. After I have looked at a product it always sends me back to the beginng not where I was and I havve to scroll through everthing again. The A to Z just does not work. It puts me off ordering it is such a waste of time . The products are good but the ordering system is not.”

“I have been buying my supplements from Higher Nature for many years now, but the large increase in the magnesium and calcium prices have made them too expensive for me and I will have to buy another brand now.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Although our Magnesium capsules have recently had a name change to Atlantic Marine Magnesium, there have been no changes to the cost of this product and the price has remained the same for a couple of years. There have been some changes to our Icelandic Seaweed Calcium. Due to increasing costs of ingredients, we made the decision to reduce the amount of capsules in a bottle to 60 rather than 90 to keep the cost of one unit as reasonable as possible. We hope that you can understand that we are not willing to compromise on the standard and quality of our products and with the increasing costs we cannot rule out prices increases in the future. “Disappointed that having had a practitioner account for many many years, you were not willing to refund the MSM powder. I explained to customer services agent that no matter what or how much liquid this was mixed with, it was quite disgusting And totally undrinkable. It actually caused me to retch. The agent didn't comment except to say, yes it did have strong bitter taste! As I say disappointed at company's reaction to very long standing customer.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you did not find our MSM Powder suitable. Interestingly enough, MSM crystals can taste different to different people. Here's why: geneticists have discovered that there is an inherited component to taste. In this situation, we're talking specifically about bitterness. Some users of MSM, or Organic Sulfur as it's commonly called, are quick to point out that this product can be quite bitter. Other users do not notice any taste at all.
