I have been a Higher Nature customer for well over 20 years now, but the new direction of the business has been a serious disappointment, and I now get most of my products from other sources like Holland & Barett, that have more extensive product lines and better, more flexible offers. Higher Nature has discontinued a number of the products I liked buying from them and, most upsettingly, cancelled the bulk discounts as an incentive in favour of subscriptions, which I have no interest in commiting to. Under their old business model they made a lot of money from me. Those days are over. It's all very sad.

Your feedback is important to us and we'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave us yours. Some of our products have been discontinued from our product range. These decisions aren't made lightly and a lot of discussions are had before the decision is made. A couple of reasons why a product would be discontinued is because of lack of popularity and/or difficulty sourcing the high standard of quality ingredients that we require. With the increasing costs of everything needed to keep the company trading from ingredients and manufacturing to packaging and postage charges, we have had to make some difficult financial decisions. It was decided that the membership scheme was not financially viable anymore and therefore it is being phased out. We understand that the loss of the membership scheme has affected many of our customers and we are hoping to bring an alternative saving scheme back in the future, but this is still under review. In the meantime, we do run special offers regularly and our subscription service is also available which offers a generous discount. Kind regards, Higher Nature

I’ve been taking a few of products since last October as recommended after my chat with one of the nutritionists and I didn’t catch any of the bugs going around all winter! I’ve also noticed a slight increase in my energy and don’t want to speak too soon but think I’ve suffered less with my allergies so far this year. I love that there’s no fillers and won’t be without these now. The lady on the phone who recommended I speak to one of the nutritionists was also lovely and patient despite my numerous questions!

We recently made the decision to reduce the amount of paper we are using. We have chosen to print the packing slip for our fulfilment centre and all order invoices are sent automatically by email. If you wish to receive a paper copy of your invoice, please do let your customer service representative know and they will be happy to put one in the post for you. I am confident in Higher Nature because of the quality of their products. Their Flaxseed Oil capsules help me because of the clarity of the capsule. It is not in a black capsule containing others like others. The same with their Co-Q10. I have been using their Astaxanthin and Blackcurrant for a good while now and am sure it helps my vision greatly and has a positive effect on my glaucoma. The only difficulty is that it is hard to find the products available as few brochures are sent out and I do not always find what I am looking for on the website. I think Higher Nature is a great company and have benefited from their products for many years.

I have always been very happy with the products. They are pure and high quality. However, I have not bought as many products since they got Shop to take payments.

Have purchased from Higher Nature for 18 plus years. Recently product quality has deteriorated, some products you have always sold no longer available, and recently you have ended your membership scheme which makes your prices extortionate. I have stopped buying from you now

I'm sorry you feel that the quality of our products have deteriorated, however please let us assure you that we have not changed the ingredients, suppliers or the manufacturing process in any way for the products in your most recent order. Every batch produced goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure that our high standard of quality is being met before we release anything for sale. Our expert product team are working with industry leading ingredient suppliers and manufacturers and when sourcing any ingredients for any products, existing or new, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every single ingredient and finished formula reflects the same high quality standards we were founded on. We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about why you feel that the quality has deteriorated in any of the products you've received so that we can ask our Technical Team to investigate further. It is important to us that any such claims are thoroughly investigated and if required, a resolution found. We can see that you still currently hold an active membership and we can confirm that you did receive a discount on your most recent order. It does seem that your membership discount was not successfully applied to your online order which was placed on the 23rd December and for that we do apologise. We have issued a refund to your original payment method for the discount that you should have received. You will be given the opportunity to renew your membership before it expires, however, if your membership does expire, we will not be able to renew this for you. We have been a cutomer for many years and still rate this supplement supplier highly, whether it be fish oil, starflower oil, MSM complex, or anti-oxidants. Multi vitamins we had for years are now discontinued. However, the recent changes in your purchasing system mean that I can no longer make savings when buying several items at once, apart from getting free postage. Due to the difference in quantities in each tub, and my family's varied needs, I cannot work the subscription system in our favour and end up paying postage cost for each item. I have tried it but failed.

I telephoned Higher Nature to order three items. The phone was answered straight away. The person I spoke to was helpful and kind, and in no time at all we had discussed what I needed and the delivery arrived soon after on my doorstep. I have been with Higher Nature for many years now and am very grateful for not only what they supply but also for their warmth and kindness.

Higher Nature has good quality products and useful information about them. The probiotic powder i purchase from them is easy to use and has no taste so is great for adding to yoghurt
