Unfortunately I followed your recommendation to take 2 tablets twice a day to start with. After a couple of days I felt very unwell so stopped taking them. Then 2 days later I was going to the loo many times a day. Could you advise me should I just reduce dose or are they not any good for me

I’m so sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well and hope you are recovered now. Lots of different factors can affect our gut and it’s possible that the full strength dose was too high for you. One of the key ingredients in the Red Sterol Complex are plant sterols which are proven to safely help lower cholesterol. These help reduce how much cholesterol is absorbed which can then result in changes to stools for some people. Please, please, please reinstate your small monthly brochure with offers. Staff keep saying it is coming but t nothing comes. I've been waiting years with great disappointment. And no offers when I phoned through my order recently.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Sadly, the special offers that we have run previously are no longer financially viable due to the increasing costs associated with manufacturing our products and for this reason, we have not sent out any monthly leaflets. On our website, you can find our 'Bundles' which are at a reduced price. We have been in the process of developing and launching exciting new products, as well as improving our existing range so we have held back on having a catalogue printed until these have all been launched and we can ensure that the catalogue we have printed is as up to date as it can possibly be. Many thanks for your review. Our Advanced Multi Vitamin has become one of our most popular products and does now sell out quickly. However our stock team do aim to get the items restocked as quickly as possible and we are pleased to say that the item is now available for sale again.

Very disappointed with the new web site and also the packaging and one of the producets I ordered. Only the Omega3 Fish Oil appeard the same but it was not available in the 180 capsules container.

We are sorry that we were out of stock of our Omega 3 Fish Oils, 180 capsule size. We are pleased to say that this product is now back in stock. We are gradually updating our labels so this is why the appearance of the bottles you received differed. Have been using Higher Nature for 16 years and always been highly satisfied with products, and membership discounts made prices good. Recently product quality has definitely deteriorated, and on top of that the membership discounts being discontinued means prices are extortionate Unfortunately I will be purchasing elsewhere going forward

I completely empathise with your frustration regarding changes to membership discounts and can only apologise. This is not something we wanted to do, however changes in the economic climate over the last few years have meant that we are simply unable to continue with the same level of offers. This is because we absolutely do not want to compromise on the quality of our ingredients which have also increased in cost. Our high standards are of the utmost importance and we hope you can understand the changes we have made reflect this. I'm sorry you feel that the quality of our products have deteriorated, however please let me assure you that we have not changed the ingredients, suppliers or the manufacturing process in any way for the products in your most recent order. Every batch produced goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure that our high standard of quality is being met before we release anything for sale. Myself and our expert product team are working with industry leading ingredient suppliers and manufacturers and when sourcing any ingredients for any products, existing or new, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every single ingredient and finished formula reflects the same high quality standards we were founded on. This is important to me as a qualified nutritionist as I only want to be using ingredients and formulating products I would be happy to take myself or recommend to others. We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about why you feel that the quality has deteriorated in any of the products you've received so that we can ask our Technical Team to investigate further. I prefer the old system because I did not have to oblige into any preplan subscription in order to have the discounted products.

My concern is the failure to notify me when for months Cardiac health tablets were NOT available in spite of havng a subscription - now that tablets are available again 3 pots were delivered all at once followed shortly after by another. No information accompanied the very late delivery. I no longer need to have so many pots but seemingly I cant cancel my sbscription. Higher Nature products are good but customer relations seem very poor

I can see that a member of our team had been in contact via email regarding the product being out of stock and has recently asked if you could provide more information regarding the extra three pots you received as you were not charged for this and we have no record of this being sent. Beware. I would not have a subscription as you are not then eligible for any offers on your products. I would have saved over twice as much when my product was sent as it was on offer for a much bigger discount. I complained and was given the old argument of check out T&C's. Loyalty is not rewarded.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the terms of subscription. As advised by a member of our customer service team our customers are more than welcome to suspend their subscription at any time and then benefit from any special offers available out side of their subscription discount. I feel I must write to complain that having placed a large order at more than £95 on the morning of 14/5/24, I received an email a little later that morning from Higher Nature announcing the Spend & Save Event, which would have enabled me to save 15%. I rang you as soon as I was able to on my lunch break to explain that I had missed out on this discount but was told it was too late to apply it to my account. I was offered a discount on my next purchase but this would not equate to a similar discount as I rarely spend as much in one go. Whilst the member of staff was sympathetic and very polite, I do feel that as a member of many years, a credit could have been applied to my account for the discount I would have received, had I ordered later that morning. I feel very disappointed by the inflexible policy on this.

Many thanks for your feedback. You should have received a email explaining how to claim your free gift which includes a link to the product page. Just in case you have missed this I have included the steps below. 1) Visit the new free gifts page and choose a product to add to your basket. 2) Browse the website and choose at least one product to purchase. 3) Add the promotional code ‘MEMFREE’ during check out. 4) Complete the checkout process. 5) Your order including your free gift will be packed and dispatched within 48 business hours. Since it was take over by a foreign company, HN has lost the plot. Customer Service is unsatisfactory to say the least, the website remains a disaster, and payment methods are simply not working as they should. It is sad to see what was once a good company in the deplorable state it is now in. There are many competitors out there and I shall be sourcing from an alternative supplier in future.
