Since it was take over by a foreign company, HN has lost the plot. Customer Service is unsatisfactory to say the least, the website remains a disaster, and payment methods are simply not working as they should. It is sad to see what was once a good company in the deplorable state it is now in. There are many competitors out there and I shall be sourcing from an alternative supplier in future.
