The service is fine but whenever I order B12 you haven't got it and I have to get B12 pills which I don't want

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry that we are currently out of stock of our Vitamin B12 Powder. Because the formula for our B12 powder is unique to Higher Nature, it is taking us longer to produce it as we are struggling to source the high quality ingredients used. We hope you can understand that Higher Nature always choose not to compromise on the high quality that we and our customers expect which is why it sometimes takes longer than we would like for it to come back in stock. Very disappointed about the fact that the Brain tablets have been reduced to 90 tbs instead of the original 180. In addition, you still do not hv the Physphatydil Serine tabs in stock. Has the company changed ownership? Things hv changed, for example, you do not give the discount anymore - such a pity!

Many thanks for your feedback and taking the time to leave a review. The company has not changed hands recently. We are currently in the process of reviewing our product range and updating our labels using the feedback we have gathered from our customers. Sadly, after long discussions, the difficult decision was made to remove our Advanced Brain Nutrients in the 180 size. One of the reasons for this decision was down to lack of popularity. The decision was made to produce more of the most popular size ensuring that we have more available stock of the most popular size. Whilst reviewing our product range we also had to take the hard decision to stop producing the Phosphatidyl serine whilst the product development team take sometime to look at how we can reformulate and make some improvements. This is due to the cost of the specialist ingredient increasing significantly and commercial viability is one of the many factors we consider when reviewing our products and range. I've been a Higher Nature customer for more years than I can actually remember and had great service. Some recent orders though have had the kind of hiccups I haven't experienced with them before, and communicating with them via email, can in my opinion, make resolving an issue quite lengthy. Having said that, issues were resolved and a refund where appropriate. I also find that products are out of stock far more often than in the past.

I regularly take D3,lower dosage and Super magnesium to complement the calcium medication I take as a preventative measure against osteoporosis. Higher nature fir the bill with quality products. Feedback: I do find the website a bit confusing to navigate using the heading provided.

Have used Higer Nature for many years. However, the new subscribe and save which I assume replaces annual membership is not at all attractive. I don't want to be dictated to on how I order with a price reduction incentive. The membership system was far better and for me much cheaper than the current system. Change is not always for the better and I am now forced to pay much more for my chosen products!

I have no problem with the products. However the new website is shocking, very difficult to navigate and I find impossible to order on line. I have to ring through orders now. Why change something that worked- old website so easy.

I've been a member for some years now but I'm very disappointed with recent changes that have been made. When I recently placed an order, I couldn't find a way of activating my members' discount and it seems that to get any sort of discount you have subscribe as opposed to ordering as and when you need something. In fact I found the whole website more difficult to navigate - it might just need getting used to so I'll see how it goes when I next order something

For customers with an active membership, the membership discount will be applied automatically at checkout as long as the 'one-time purchase' option is being selected. Membership discount and subscription discounts can not be used in conjunction with each other. I placed my last order by telephone because the website refuses my password. Payment was taken but then I was notified that not all of the order could be fulfilled Disappointing

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry that you didn't seem to receive any correspondence from us relating to your order. We have had a look in to this for you and can see that an order confirmation email was sent to you on the 10th of October and a dispatch email was sent to you on the 14th October which included a Royal Mail tracking number. I feel sad about Higher Nature which was previously educational, innovative and reliable, promoting much information and making food state, quality products. Instead of interesting articles, I have felt a little harassed by the online question of whether I want nutritional advice. The presence of products on store shelves has dwindled to nothing. I also miss several products that are no longer available such as Herbal Springlean. I've been waiting for Wise Woman to be reinstated for what feels like years now. I don't feel confident that the supplements on which I rely will necessarily remain available. I haven't succeeded in making an order via the latest version of the website; now the customer is strong-armed into subscribing to repeat orders. The format is huge, so that navigating the A-Z listing takes alot of scrolling. Unable to spend more time wrestling with the checkout procedure, I resorted to making an order by phone. The phone staff remain warm and effective - for which I am grateful. I have referred a few patients to your nutritional advisor service which I haven't used myself in years but is hopefully still manned by kind, trained people.

I've been a member since the early days of Hughes Nature and have liked your products. I'm now 78 and find technology more and more challenging. I feel you've become less good at product availability and now yu've changed your website and processes for ordering. I have become confused with the new procedures. I accidentally defaulted to your subscribe and save programme which does not interest me. I may not be able to continue as a customer.

I have always believed these vitamin tablets are high quality. I have been frustrated with recent supply issues however. Several subscription orders have not been available, and in one case I was charged postage for an unavailable item.

We are pleased to say that we have recently updated our systems to resolve the issues we have had with the incorrect postage charge and this will not happen again in the future. Our ingredients come from the very best sources, no matter where they are located. This means that we ship from around the globe to hold true to our standards. Whilst we always aim to keep items fully stocked, this is dependent on many factors that cannot be predicted for example, unusually high demand for a particular product, difficulty importing quality ingredients since we left the EU, or other world events that affect shipping routes. Most recently we were affected by the issues on going in the Red Sea. With all of this in mind it is very difficult to say that we will not experience issues in the future but please be assured our team has recently reassessed restocking cycles to better maintain our stock position, and they always work hard to bring items back as soon as possible. I have been a customer of Higher Nature for many years and have been extremely satisfied with your products and service until this year. I would like to remain a happy customer, but your membership changes this year have left me totally confused. I am a member for ad hoc purchases and also a subscriber to Subscribe and Save. Your recent messages seem to be telling me that i can either be a member or I can use Susscribe & Save, but I have to choose one or the other. It appears that you are trying to make it difficult for your long standing customers like me to do business with you.

I like your products and the service is quite good, but I was shocked that the membership has gone up in price by 50%, hence my rate of only 3 stars. I shall have to think very carefully if I want to continue buying from you once my membership expires.
