Used to be so good with stock always available and consultants just at the end of a phone. Now, so many items are only available with BBF Dates of March 2024, and that has been the same date for over one year.

Prompt delivery but I'm disappointed at the time it's taking for B12 powder to be back in stock. This has never happened before. Also, the offers never seem to rotate these days. It was better before the take over

Bought 2 bottles of Positive Mood in early December 2023 with sell by date of 24 Feb 2024. Capsules in both bottles were discoloured/brown and smelly (rancid/mouldy) I wouldn't risk taking the capsules and have returned the bottles to Higher Nature. Disappointed.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate all feedback. After testing the items returned to ourselves with our independent lab the products were confirmed to be safe and effective, however the appearance had changed, We are currently looking at ways we can ensure the product appearance remains the same without adding anything unnecessary to the product itself. I can see we refunded yourself on the same day these were received by ourselves and we have been providing updates when we receive these. Kind regards, Higher Nature

I have been a customer for 40 years, now when I return to the site another item I relied on has been discontinued. I find similar on other sites so there is a demand for them. You use to be my 'go to' site for everything.

The products seem good quality but are expensive. Especially if the dose is 1-3 a day.

Pleased with my Vit D3 but very disappointed with the website. Could not find chromium in products despite being a frequent purchaser. No explanation on site as to why it was missing. Spent ages looking for it before obtaining from Lamberts.

Too many products are out of stock when one wants to order. You never used to have this problem in past years.

Good products but 3 stars only as I have been sent items that are going to be out of date shortly after delivery, namely 2 weeks! This happened another time in the past but there was a couple of months or so leeway. This truly is unacceptable. Please Higher Nature, do something about this.

I have sighed this before and it has always been 5 star but i am getting quite frustrated with how many of your products are very often unavailable something that only seems to have occured in the last fee years

Great products but my opinion of you as a company was really dented when you took away the £17 of credit I had 'won' as part of your 29th Birthday, as I hadnt used it all in time. The fact you buried the credit amount so it was difficult to use and that any wording to say it had to be used by a certain date was not that noticeable was really poor.

The products are good but the ordering system is not so good. I have an item on subscription which has not been available for some time - I can accept that but I receive emails which suggest it will be sent to me as scheduled. On telephoning Higher Nature they state that it is still unavailable. Their system needs upgrading.

My initial search for my desired product left me very puzzled as to the quantities available and the cost. The description of the (rather expensive) product quoted the cost of 30 caps which one could not purchase as it came in 90s only and that cost was only for a subscription i.e. several months of continuous supply. I had to write and wait till after the weekend for a reply, which did clarify matters. But it was all confusing (visualeyes).

I have been a customer for many years but the frequency of out of stock items is beginning to make me consider a different provider. On my last order, two of the items I wanted were out of stock. This was also the case (for different items) on the order before that.

Order came quite quickly but not impressed overall. I typed Vitamin B into search box and nothing came up. -- because it's called High Strength. Unhelpful. Last time I ordered it was out of stock. Range has got quite limited.
