I have been buying my supplements from Higher Nature for many years now, but the large increase in the magnesium and calcium prices have made them too expensive for me and I will have to buy another brand now.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Although our Magnesium capsules have recently had a name change to Atlantic Marine Magnesium, there have been no changes to the cost of this product and the price has remained the same for a couple of years. There have been some changes to our Icelandic Seaweed Calcium. Due to increasing costs of ingredients, we made the decision to reduce the amount of capsules in a bottle to 60 rather than 90 to keep the cost of one unit as reasonable as possible. We hope that you can understand that we are not willing to compromise on the standard and quality of our products and with the increasing costs we cannot rule out prices increases in the future. Disappointed that having had a practitioner account for many many years, you were not willing to refund the MSM powder. I explained to customer services agent that no matter what or how much liquid this was mixed with, it was quite disgusting And totally undrinkable. It actually caused me to retch. The agent didn't comment except to say, yes it did have strong bitter taste! As I say disappointed at company's reaction to very long standing customer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you did not find our MSM Powder suitable. Interestingly enough, MSM crystals can taste different to different people. Here's why: geneticists have discovered that there is an inherited component to taste. In this situation, we're talking specifically about bitterness. Some users of MSM, or Organic Sulfur as it's commonly called, are quick to point out that this product can be quite bitter. Other users do not notice any taste at all. Some of our customers choose to take the MSM powder in a smoothie or a glass of juice to mask the taste. Kind regards, Higher Nature

Higher Nature offers an excellent range of vitamins and minerals. It's worth joining their yearly membership deal as the discounts are good. On the slightly negative side I now find I always need to check the use-by dates on any products I purchase as on several occasions they have been so short that I've had to return them. Fair enough if they are reduced and you are informed of the short date but not acceptable otherwise. And it's always a bit of a hassle having to speak to customer services and then return the unnacceptable items. So beware of this when ordering as it's a pain to sort out later.

Good service. The items arrived quickly after ordering. I prefered the old reduction scheme rather than the new system. I'll just have to miss out on the discounts, and find some products from other sources.

I used Higher Nature for at least for three years and then because of computer problems I lost track and had to use other companies then found my way back to H Nature as I prefer the products and the service . Unfotunately on my second order I waited for the delivery for weeks as the goods were sent to the wrong address in all the order took five weeks which wasnt encouraging

Usually good service with good products and savings with membership. I have been using them for years so that proves something. However, last order they sent the wrong product despite the correct one being on the invoice. I had to telephone to explain but they did send me a prepaid return label and sent the correct item promptly.

Good quality products. Always do deals. Within time frames delivery. But I still not warm up to the new style of subscriptions method where it feel force & less flexibility. Other than that things are good.

Love your vitamins, advice, guidance and the uplifting Bristol Blue colour of the packaging but I struggle with the seal when I open them but more importantly I struggle to screw the tops back on after each dose. I can never get the white stuff off so the lids refuse the thread. I'd love to know how other people with weakened arthritic hands manage. Any tips?

Products are good but i was confused by the receipt i got with the goods which was without the discount and incuded the cost of post. It was explained by your customer service and i had not checked my payment which was the original charge. So all well in the end but i had to phone to understand the discrepancies.

I am impressed by the range of products that Higher Nature hold and supply. It has certainly kept us in good health. The staff are friendly, helpful and customer focused. It would help,however, if you phone number was more prominent on your statements . Alan.

Hi I received my item in good time however if I had received the discount code at the time of ordering I would have purchased some omega fish oil caps now I have to order them and pay the transport again.

Had these before and very happy with them. One star off due to lid being split, probably in transit. Though the seal was intact so the vitamins tablets were fine.

I've been using Higher Natures products for 20 years now and am very happy with them BUT I am not happy with the NEW website design as it has done away with the fast track order system and it now takes 4x as long to complete an order Please get the IT dept to reverse this decision This is why I have given 4 stars
