“Good prompt service and delivery as usual. My only criticism over the last nine months or so is that a few products have been unavailable so I have had to source elsewhere. Let’s hope this will improve with the change of ownership as I have used this company for many years.”

“All excellent, though I wish it were easier to take off the sealing layer under the lid of bottles of Fish oil. I can't get all off easily and then have trouble closing the lid of the bottle each of the many times I use it afterwards!”

“Great products, reasonable prices, as always from Higher Nature. Time taken for delivery by Royal Mail frustrating. Our local delivery service does a great "knock and run away" service which makes the delivery time even longer as i have to wait or go and collect at the post centre. Time to try a courier or those packages that can go through a normal letter box?”

“I like the service in overall, but for international shipping I didn’t get tracking number. In the email about sending the order it said “no number”, but it was FEDEX delivery and in fact it had a number.”
