“I have always found the staff most helpful but the website is harder to find one's way around. At nearly eighty years old I am finding the change of names of the supplements difficult, some have changed more than once.(Pro-Daily)”

“Products arrived 2-3 working days after ordering. HN used to advise when orders are dispatched but they have stopped doing that which is a pity. It’s useful to have that information.”

“For years I am using higher nature product, mostly I am happy but there is few things I am not happy with: the size of the container ( pro daily) too big! It can use foe three time more tablets, please change the size or filling it with more tablets. Also about the new containers, the print is too small and the letters too narrow to read. The paper top is hard to open. It was very good before! (the new containers started)”

“My order came promptly and website order had been straightforward to place. More expensive than I would had hoped but want o buy supplements that are as ethical as possible, so I would expect them to cost more than average.”
