“i always get good service from Higher Nature. However I have been disappointed by one gap in product and service. I have used your H factors for years. It seems it has been out of stock for over a year now. I left my details twice to be informed about when it will return. I haven't heard anything, not even a timescale for recommencing stocking or a note to say its discontinued. Once I spoke with a staff member who said to use Co Q10 as an alternative??? That didn't seem a reasonable match to me.”

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to review. We too are frustrated with the stock issue's we are experiencing with the H Factors. Unfortunately the date for these has been moved back by our manufactures serval times and at the moment we are still waiting for an official date to be confirmed. If you are on our contact list, as soon as it does come back into stock you will be the first to be notified. All alternatives are offered by our nutrition team and we do have a nutrition advice service which we will be happy to schedule you an appointment for further advice about the alternatives. “Service and supplements good BUT I WONT BE HAAPPY UNILT YOU BRING BACK THE MONTHLY LEAFLET. Staff keep telling me it is still being considered but have been saying this since lockdown!!! Not good enough for a customer who has been buying rom you for years!! G. Connell”

“excellent products at a good price (with member discount). Sadly often out of stock and you are not able to add products that are out of stock to an order for later delivery. This makes it complicated to remember what you ordered as well as losing out on discount.”

“Always prompt service and great to have offers. Just a little dissapointing that the environment is not thought about enough. Received my Vitamine C as usual but as it was on offer I bought the cheapest which came in 6 small bottles, which I then tipped into the large one I bought last time. Could we not have offers in larger bottles, so saving the plastic.”

“What let’s the company down is web site, where to try to sign with correct information ie email & password only to be told one or both are incorrect. I found myself going round and round and eventually ordered by phone.”

“This company has always been excellent in years gone by. However, the last couple of years or so, when ordering, half the products I wanted were out of stock. Very disappointed in this! And a couple of weeks ago, the same thing happened. I’m turning more and more to my local Holland and Barrett shop and have lost confidence in Higher Nature! Have been ordering with this company since almost the beginning when Celia and Brian Wright owned and ran it. How it’s changed!!”

“I have been buying supplements from Higher Nature for many years. Quality is excellent and so is the quick delivery. However, I have noticed in recent months that several of my favourite items have not been in stock. And although I have entered my email address no one has got back to me to tell me they are back in stock. I am seriously thinking of just buying from my local wholefood shop instead. (which has nowhere near the choice of unusual supplements which I do like). I daresay the supply problems are not of Higher Nature's doing but with the high price of supplements everywhere, I may just opt for simplicity and convenience, which would be a shame!”

“I give a 4 rating as your products are good but True Food Wise Woman has been unavailable for many months. There is no advice as to when it will be available again. This is disappointing and poor customer service. If you don't plan to sell this product again, please say so.”
