“I appreciate that most of your capsules do not have iron in the coating. Glad to have received the catalogue which hasn't come for several years. When the MSM warming balm is safe again I would like to be one of the first to order. Your deliveries are always very quick which is appreciated.”

Just so you are aware the MSM warming balm was not taken off sale because it was unsafe it was unfortunately discontinued for other business reasons, we will make sure to let our customers know if this does return in the future. “I have been with H N now for well over 10 yrs, and have been happy with all my purchases, the only thing they must work on is keeping their promises to "let us know when the out of stock items are now in!! It has never been fulfiled for me. apart from that they are excellent!! Well done, keep it up!!”

“I have been using Higher Nature products for a number of years now and have been really happy with them. Customer service/delivery is very good. I would have given 5 star4s but recently I have had to return a product because, after some research, I noted that it didn't contain a vital ingredient. I was surprised at this as Higher Nature priducts are usually very good. I was emailed a returns label to print out (my fault that I had already thrown away the delivery note!) However, since I don't have a working printer, it was difficult to return. Most companies have a QR code to scan for free returns”

“Due to Higher Nature Wise Women tablets being out of stock with no expected future date of when they may be in stock again, I contacted the nutritionist to request an appropriate alternative. Very quick response and although the alternative contains fewer vitamins, I placed an order which was received 3 days later. I have requested email notification of when my preferred product is back in stock.”
