“Products are good but i was confused by the receipt i got with the goods which was without the discount and incuded the cost of post. It was explained by your customer service and i had not checked my payment which was the original charge. So all well in the end but i had to phone to understand the discrepancies.”

“I am impressed by the range of products that Higher Nature hold and supply. It has certainly kept us in good health. The staff are friendly, helpful and customer focused. It would help,however, if you phone number was more prominent on your statements . Alan.”

“Hi I received my item in good time however if I had received the discount code at the time of ordering I would have purchased some omega fish oil caps now I have to order them and pay the transport again.”

“Had these before and very happy with them. One star off due to lid being split, probably in transit. Though the seal was intact so the vitamins tablets were fine.”

“I've been using Higher Natures products for 20 years now and am very happy with them BUT I am not happy with the NEW website design as it has done away with the fast track order system and it now takes 4x as long to complete an order Please get the IT dept to reverse this decision This is why I have given 4 stars”

“The products I buy from Higher Nature are very good BUT I do not like the £15 per annum fee for membership in order to obtain discounts on orders. I used to pay for membership (when it was £9) but gave up firstly because HN stopped selling some items I had ordered regularly and secondly I wasn't sure that I would get my money's worth when it went up to £15 p.a. I have FREE membership with Holland & Barrett, which earns me points on all orders, giving me discount on future orders plus they have some excellent offers.”

“A couple of times my subscription products have gone out of stock. It's only when I chase the missing deliveries that I find that out and I think if I am lined up to pay for items, that communication in advance should come from Higher Nature”

“Excellent service I particularly like the super potency fish oil I ordered. I’m disappointed that you no longer make Advanced Multi with no added iron. I found this an excellent multivitamin. With so many of us women being post menopausal and men not having the same requirements for iron I don’t understand why you’ve stopped supplying this. So I’ve had to change to an alternative brand of multi vita and mins. Higher Nature product range appears to be decreasing.”

These decisions are not made lightly and a lot of factors are taken into consideration before a decision is reached. “I have been a customer of Higher Nature for many years.If my memory serves me correctly,the Optimum nutritionist,Patrick Holford supported their products as did an elderly doctor/nutritionist,sorry his name escapes me,whose clinic I attended many years ago.They also were instrumental in promoting colloidal silver which I believe was researched and then made available in the public domain by one of their own nutritionists.I only gave a 4 star rating this time as I was unable to buy the effervescent magnesium tablets normally available which provide not only a refreshing drink but give my adrenals instant support when needed.”
