Have purchased from Higher Nature for 18 plus years. Recently product quality has deteriorated, some products you have always sold no longer available, and recently you have ended your membership scheme which makes your prices extortionate. I have stopped buying from you now

I'm sorry you feel that the quality of our products have deteriorated, however please let us assure you that we have not changed the ingredients, suppliers or the manufacturing process in any way for the products in your most recent order. Every batch produced goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure that our high standard of quality is being met before we release anything for sale. Our expert product team are working with industry leading ingredient suppliers and manufacturers and when sourcing any ingredients for any products, existing or new, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every single ingredient and finished formula reflects the same high quality standards we were founded on. We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about why you feel that the quality has deteriorated in any of the products you've received so that we can ask our Technical Team to investigate further. It is important to us that any such claims are thoroughly investigated and if required, a resolution found. We can see that you still currently hold an active membership and we can confirm that you did receive a discount on your most recent order. It does seem that your membership discount was not successfully applied to your online order which was placed on the 23rd December and for that we do apologise. We have issued a refund to your original payment method for the discount that you should have received. You will be given the opportunity to renew your membership before it expires, however, if your membership does expire, we will not be able to renew this for you. I think the new website is very poor and a step backwards not a step forwards it is difficult to use.

I find the website really irritating the old one was better. After I have looked at a product it always sends me back to the beginng not where I was and I havve to scroll through everthing again. The A to Z just does not work. It puts me off ordering it is such a waste of time . The products are good but the ordering system is not.

Multivits arrived promptly but the tablets are too unpleasant to take. I was a big fan in the past but the new formulation is not for me.

We are sorry to hear we no longer stock your favorite products. Sadly, due to increases in costs and difficulty sourcing high quality ingredients we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue some products from our range until we find a solution. I have a "subscription order" on one product. Recently my membership expired but the automatic order continued so I have been charged postage. I am not happy about this. You should have reminded me that this would happen, or continued with free postage. The subscription system is really good but not if it results in high postage charges for small items.

We're sorry that you are unhappy with your most recent subscription order. We send out emails to remind our customers that their memberships are coming up for renewal. We have had a look in to your account and can see that you have opted out of receiving emails from us so this would be why you did not receive a reminder from us. Although you have opted out of receiving emails, you should still be receiving order confirmation emails for your subscriptions where the breakdown in costs is clearly shown. the recent packet arrived DAMAGED . It had been re wrapped by the post office . Fortunate;ly the contents were intact and no items were missing . this has never happened to me before in 25 plus years . something needs to change . Thanks , Cynthia Rich

When I started my vitamins with Higher nature, I was pleased with the true food and the price of the vitamins. Later when it changed hands the price was higher and often some vitamins were missing. I didn't like the sealed jars that were hard to open. Slowly I found a better vitamins Good bay higher nature.

It is not the company it was. Most of my regular supplements are out of stock. Been a customer since the days of Celia & Brian Wright but l won’t be renewing membership

As a long term customer of Higher Nature, I have been very disappointed with them for some time. Far too many products are just not available and there is a lack of openness as to what exactly is happening and why. I do not believe this is the fault of customer services. I don't think they are given much information to pass on. Whilst I understand the desire to maintain high standards, in terms of quality of ingredients etc, one does wonder what is happening when you actually cannot buy the product at all.
