Disappointed that having had a practitioner account for many many years, you were not willing to refund the MSM powder. I explained to customer services agent that no matter what or how much liquid this was mixed with, it was quite disgusting
And totally undrinkable. It actually caused me to retch. The agent didn't comment except to say, yes it did have strong bitter taste! As I say disappointed at company's reaction to very long standing customer.
