Used to be very good and reliable but now doesn’t keep things in stock. I can never order the pills I want in the size I want and end up having to order more smaller sizes which cost me more.

I used to feel like ordering from Higher Nature was good value, especially when you pay the membership fee, however they have changed the system and the free gifts are only selected items that you can only order after your first order. I was shocked that when placing my second order the "free gifts" I tried to order were all out of stock, so this seems more like a very good scam now. I would advise you to shop around before ordering from Higher Nature

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Our membership scheme has recently changed, and the membership free gift is now claimed on the next order you place with us using the promotional code you would have received in the email following your renewal. The new order needs to be placed at least 24 hours after the membership renewal and include another item. The gift can be claimed anytime up until the end of your membership year. Please ensure you are logged in to your web account to claim your gift as these are only available to our Members and will show as 'Out of Stock' otherwise. I feel that their products are superior, in particular their TRUE FOOD range ( which i wish they would do more of).I purchase of them because I believe their items are quality.also the service is excellent!

I have been a customer for many years and paid £9 for the year and now it has gone up to £15 pound which I'm not very happy about.

Initially I received the wrong order, hence the low score for disappointment and hassle factor to return but I have to say that the mistake was dealt with quickly and efficiently and without dispute so that was very much appreciated

Your products seem to have very short BB date time spans now. That didn’t used to be an issue. I just bought a years supply of omega capsules, on special offer, only to find that they will expire well before the year is out.

I did not receive the reminder email prior to my order being shipped as I had inexplicably been removed from the reminder list. I have now been placed back on it. Thankfully everything I needed was in the shipment. The products are high quality but there have been so many delays and non availability in recent years. It is not the company it was and as a customer I would appreciate much more information about what is going on.

Products are good. But frustrated when 3 months supply of Omega 3 was sent with only 3 wills until use by date. Complained and they did the same again.

Your postage has increased significantly. I ordered one item which was out of stock for several months. I have ordered this and other items several times in the past.When the one item was available I had to pay £3.99 postage. Too much.

I have been a Higher Nature customer for over 30 years and I have always found their products to be excellent. However, lately I have found them far less efficient than they used to be. There is definitely a lack of communication now. For example, as a member with a repeat order I asked for my free membership gift to be sent with my latest quarterly order. It didn’t arrive. I had been waiting for this repeat order product since September. When my next order (Last December) didn’t arrive, I had to contact Higher Nature to find out why, only to be told that that product wasn’t available at that time. So I was left without and had to make alternative arrangements. FYI I have rarely received my members free gift even if I have chosen one and told Higher Nature.

HN is now a distant relative of what once it was. And definitely not for the better. Vitamins missing for months, some not available anymore and other little annoying things like not sending the paper bill with specified the cost of each vitamin. I have asked for this repeatedly, even just to put the prices in the confirmation of order as a mail. But nothing, even last week, although the lady who took my call said she would put a note on my account the vitamins arrived without the prices. I Buford my daughter in law as well and recently I have to look on line in order to know how much her bill is. I am disappointed.

Higher Nature has always provided excellent product....but I am waiting for True Food Wise Woman to be reinstated. It was withdrawn a while back..not good for customer service ..

Thank you for the review. We're sorry that True Food Wise Woman is out of stock at the moment. There have been many difficulties sourcing ingredients for some of our products. These difficulties have been caused by a number of issues affecting the world at the moment – with the aftereffects of Brexit and the current Ukraine war all posing their different troubles. And as Higher Nature are not going to compromise on the quality of the products that are manufactured this has caused supply issues while we try to come to a resolution. Product and mail order is fine but why offer a free gift for members and then only afterwards inform them they need to add it to an existing order? Unnecessarily difficult and as a result many will not take up the offer as they have already ordered in bulk (or perhaps that is deliberate?)

In general you are a company I like. However, recently you tend to run out of certain products, sometimes for lengthy periods. It annoys me when you say a product is unavailable, you recommend a replacement which I order, only to be told with 24-48 hours that you now have the original back in stock. Maybe you should have fewer products but ensure you can say you can supply those you do have.
