In general you are a company I like. However, recently you tend to run out of certain products, sometimes for lengthy periods. It annoys me when you say a product is unavailable, you recommend a replacement which I order, only to be told with 24-48 hours that you now have the original back in stock.
Maybe you should have fewer products but ensure you can say you can supply those you do have.
