I've been a member since the early days of Hughes Nature and have liked your products. I'm now 78 and find technology more and more challenging. I feel you've become less good at product availability and now yu've changed your website and processes for ordering. I have become confused with the new procedures. I accidentally defaulted to your subscribe and save programme which does not interest me.
I may not be able to continue as a customer.
