I've been a Higher Nature customer for more years than I can actually remember and had great service. Some recent orders though have had the kind of hiccups I haven't experienced with them before, and communicating with them via email, can in my opinion, make resolving an issue quite lengthy.
Having said that, issues were resolved and a refund where appropriate.
I also find that products are out of stock far more often than in the past.
